Complete ESO Expansion & DLC Release Order
The Imperial City DLC, released in August 2015, marked the beginning of ESO's downloadable content. While annual Chapters started with Morrowind in 2017, the release model has evolved. Here's the complete chronological list:

- Orsinium (November 2015): Major zone expansion introducing Wrothgar.
