Explore the Frozen Tundra in Monster Hunter Now Season 4!

Niantic has just launched Season 4 of Monster Hunter Now, transforming the game into a winter wonderland for you to explore. Brace yourself for the tundra as you embark on new hunts, even if it means dealing with virtual frostbite.

What’s in Store in Monster Hunter Now Season 4?

Monster Hunter Now Season 4 introduces the thrilling new snowy tundra habitat. Prepare to face icy winds and navigate through knee-deep snow while encountering a variety of monsters. Making their debut this season are Lagombi, Volvidon, Somnacanth, and the formidable Tigrex. Additionally, Barioth along with smaller monsters like Wulg and Cortos will be joining the fray. Tigrex is set to challenge you in Hunt-a-thons and might even appear on the field if you're fortunate. To unlock these new encounters, you'll need to progress through Season 4's story chapters and complete urgent quests. Finish the prologue to unlock the tundra and dive into the adventure.

A new weapon, the Switch Axe, is introduced in Monster Hunter Now Season 4. This versatile weapon offers two modes: Axe Mode for long-reaching strikes and Sword Mode for a more aggressive approach. To unlock the Switch Gauge, simply complete the pre-season story in Chapter 2.

Niantic is also rolling out personalized Palico companions to assist you in gathering materials and scouting monsters. Customize their fur color, facial features, and give them a unique name. For an enhanced experience, use AR to bring your Palico into the real world and capture memorable photos together.

Season 4 introduces Friend Cheering, adding a touch of camaraderie to your hunts. Send cheers to your friends to provide them with a temporary health boost for the day, although there's a cap on how much health can be gained from cheers.

Don't miss out on the action—download Monster Hunter Now from the Google Play Store and dive into the winter adventure.
