Flappy Bird Is Returning After 10 Years With New Modes And Features!

Flappy Bird is back! After a decade-long hiatus, this iconic game returns in an expanded edition this Fall 2024. Missed your chance to guide the bird through those infamous pipes? Get ready for a multi-platform relaunch, with initial releases on various platforms in Q3 2024, followed by Android and iOS versions in 2025.

What's New?

The Flappy Bird Foundation—yes, there's a foundation dedicated to the game—holds the official trademark and rights to the original character. They also secured the rights to Piou Piou vs. Cactus, the game that inspired Flappy Bird, showcasing their unwavering commitment to the game's legacy.

The relaunch promises new game modes, fresh characters, and multiplayer challenges. While the core gameplay remains the same, expect enhanced challenges, a new progression system, and an improved overall experience.

Ready to Flap Again?

Simple, frustrating, yet undeniably addictive, Flappy Bird captivated casual and hardcore gamers alike. Its 2014 removal from app stores left a void filled by numerous clones, none quite capturing the original's magic. Now, the genuine article returns, offering players another chance to conquer those green pipes.

Official platform pages are yet to launch, so follow the Flappy Bird Foundation's official X (formerly Twitter) account for the latest updates.
