Set in 1898 at the eerie Sker Hotel on the Welsh coast, Maid of Sker plunges you into a world of dark secrets and spine-tingling Welsh hymns. The narrative draws inspiration from Welsh folklore, particularly the legend of Y Ferch o’r Sger (The Maid of Sker).
As Thomas Evans, you investigate the strange behavior of your girlfriend Elisabeth Williams' family. However, you soon discover the hotel is under the control of the sinister "Quiet Ones."
These enemies are blind but possess incredibly acute hearing. The slightest sound will attract their attention, making stealth paramount. Forget blasting your way out; survival hinges on silent movement and cunning evasion. Think A Quiet Place, but with a Welsh twist. A handy gadget temporarily stuns enemies, offering brief respite, but it's not a solution you can rely on indefinitely.
