"Into a Hearth Yonder: PC Release Announced"

Author : Patrick Apr 24,2025

Sway State Games has unveiled their latest project, *Into a Hearth Yonder*, a cozy creature-collecting MMO-lite designed for PC, set to launch next year. This game invites players into the enchanting world of Viteria, where they can explore either solo or with friends, accompanied by adorable automata companions. These little helpers not only enhance the visual charm of the game but also boost your abilities in various activities like combat, farming, fishing, mining, and crafting.

"We wanted to make player stats and skills manifest as cute, Tamagotchi-like automata," explained Chris O'Kelly, the head of Sway State. "The joy of collecting and nurturing these companions directly impacts your journey through Viteria, enhancing your quality of life and allowing you to deeply engage with your preferred playstyle."

O'Kelly further described the game's philosophy, saying, "We aimed to create a cozy table of adventure for players to explore at their own pace, filled with building, crafting, exploration, and magic. It's 'survival' with less struggle - a worry-free deceleration, really."

The development team behind *Into a Hearth Yonder* brings a wealth of experience, having contributed to notable titles such as *Divinity: Original Sin*, *Dying Light 2*, *Harold Halibut*, and *Horizon: Call of the Mountain*. If this game piques your interest, you can add it to your wishlist on Steam to stay updated on its progress.
