HoYoVerse is unleashing a flurry of exciting updates! Following the preview of Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6, details for Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.8, titled "Planetary Rewind," have been revealed. Launching October 17th, this update brings new battlesuits, events, and bountiful rewards.
New Battlesuit: Lone Planetfarer
Vita receives a new MECH-type Lightning DMG battlesuit, Lone Planetfarer. This battlesuit features a striking peacock feather-adorned Drive Core and boasts two forms: Lone Traveler, utilizing elegant feathered loop attacks, and Planet Quaker, unleashing powerful laser beams upon activating the Ultimate (ULT) ability. The Astral Ring Specialization: Rite of Oblivion also makes its debut, alongside the Divine Key Waxing Moon and its PRI-ARM variant, Divine Key Waxing Moon: Incipience.
Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.8 Story: The First and Last War
The main story, "The First and Last War," transports players a century into the past to Langqiu for the Ten Shus War, featuring Vita, Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie. Players can earn rewards including Crystals, Source Prisms, Seele's event stigma, and Dreamweaver's new outfit. HOHO Vacation Tickets return, and Elysian Realm now permanently offers LITE Combat. A celebratory event starting October 11th offers free Equipment Supply Cards and Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupons.
