PUBG Mobile 3.8 Update: Attack on Titan Joins the Battle

Author : Aaron May 13,2025

PUBG Mobile's battlegrounds are expanding with the exciting version 3.8 update, available now until July 6th. This update introduces a thrilling collaboration with Attack on Titan, bringing a host of new content that will delight fans and newcomers alike.

The Attack on Titan collaboration allows players to experience titan transformations, turning them into the towering humanoids from the series. Additionally, the iconic Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear is now available, enabling players to navigate the battlefield at incredible speeds. The second part of this collaboration, set to launch on May 30th, promises even more exciting additions.

For those who prefer a different theme, the update also introduces the Dawn of the Steam era with the Steampunk Frontier mode. This mode features new areas to explore and a complex train network for swift travel across the map. The Steampunk Frontier is packed with content, including rollercoaster rides, new clockwork attendants that provide buffs, and majestic hot air balloons for aerial reconnaissance.

The update extends beyond the main modes, with World of Wonder receiving new decorations like train carriages and tracks, as well as new weapons such as the Welding Gun and M3E1-A Missile Launcher. Players will also encounter the new Velociraptor enemy type, adding another layer of challenge.

Metro Royale sees significant changes as well, with new train-themed areas in Arctic Base and Misty Port, and the introduction of a portable military server for hacking and gathering valuable intel.

This update barely scratches the surface of what PUBG Mobile has to offer. If you're looking for more battle royale action after exploring version 3.8, check out our list of the best battle royales on Android.
