Kuro Games has confirmed the Punishing Gray Raven x Devil May Cry 5 collaboration will go live on May 22 for the CN server. The announcement came during a dedicated livestream held on April 27, where developers unveiled comprehensive details about the crossover. This special event brings iconic DMC5 characters into the Punishing Gray Raven universe through a limited-time story mode, exclusive banners, and unique rewards.
First revealed during the game’s 5th anniversary stream in late 2024, the collaboration teased appearances from fan-favorite characters Dante and Vergil. The recent livestream confirmed their arrival as playable Omniframes, marking a major crossover moment for both franchises.
While the CN release is confirmed, there has been no official word yet on whether the event will launch in other regions.
Free Dante Omniframe & Limited-Time Gacha Banners
Players can claim Dante’s Omniframe for free by completing Chapter 6 of the collaboration story event—a rewarding opportunity for those engaged in the narrative. Meanwhile, Vergil’s Omniframe will be available exclusively through the event’s limited-time gacha banners.
The crossover introduces four special rate-up banners:
- Dante Rate Up
- Fate Dante Rate Up
- Vergil Rate Up
- Fate Vergil Rate Up
During the event, each pull is discounted to 175 Black Cards, making it more accessible to acquire top-tier units.
A generous bonus system enhances early pulls:
- The first copy of Dante or Vergil grants one additional duplicate.
- The second copy also comes with a bonus duplicate.
These extra units will be delivered via in-game mail. This 2x bonus applies only to the first two pulls per character, after which the gacha reverts to standard rates.
Punishing Gray Raven is available on iOS and Android across five regions: China (CN), Taiwan (TW), Japan (JP), Korea (KR), and Global (GL).
