RuneScape increases level cap for Woodcutting and Fletching to 110

Author : Adam Jan 24,2025

RuneScape's Woodcutting and Fletching skills are getting a major upgrade! The new level 110 update, launching today across all platforms, pushes the skill cap beyond the previous 99 limit. This expansion introduces new mechanics and additions to the skill trees, offering RuneScape players a wealth of new content.

This Christmas, get ready for a wood-chopping extravaganza! Years of dedicated grinding won't be capped at level 99; players can now ascend to even greater heights. Firemaking also receives a boost, and challenging Eternal Magic Trees in Eagle's Peak await those with level 100+ skills.

New additions include Enchanted Bird Nests and consumable items to enhance performance. Fletching now allows the creation of short bows and crossbows, pushing skill progression to new limits. The level 100 Masterwork Bow integrates multiple skills, while augmentable hatchets (levels 90 and 100) tackle even the sturdiest oaks.

While the "chop 'till you drop" aspect might seem exaggerated, the excitement is understandable. RuneScape's appeal lies in its extensive skill system, offering countless hours of gameplay and rewarding progression outside of combat. This level 99 expansion opens up new possibilities for skill development, adding significant replayability for dedicated players.
