Slay Your Way to Victory: Castle Doombad Now Live on Android!

Castle Doombad is back! The popular tower defense strategy game, originally released in 2014, returns on Android as Castle Doombad: Free To Slay. Developed by Grumpyface Studios and published by Yodo1, this mobile release marks a significant comeback for the beloved title.

Grumpyface, known for hits like Steven Universe: Attack the Light and Teeny Titans, initially planned a single Castle Doombad remake. However, they decided to create two separate versions: Free To Slay for mobile and Castle Doombad Classic, a remastered edition with updated content, for Nintendo Switch and Steam (releasing later this year). A sequel, Castle Doombad 2: Muahaha!, is also in development.

Unleash Your Inner Evil in Castle Doombad: Free To Slay!

Embrace your villainous side! Build a wicked lair, deploy fiendish traps and minions, and thwart heroic do-gooders. This isn't your average tower defense game; you're the master of mayhem!

See the game in action below!

The free-to-play game features ads and optional in-app purchases. Enjoy the complete original game with 70 stages, daily challenges, endless modes, over 30 traps to unlock and upgrade, and over 100 collectibles.

Customize your Dark Lord and his lair with the unlockable "spoils" cosmetic system, featuring evil artifacts and loot. Combine these with equippable "Baddie Bonus" perks for strategic advantages.

A new roguelite mode, "Dr. Lord Evilstein's Roguevenge," adds replayability with randomly generated castle layouts and powerful Nightmares that grant unique abilities. Download Castle Doombad: Free To Slay on the Google Play Store now!
