Clash Royale has finally introduced an eagerly anticipated upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. After nearly a decade without an evolution option, this fiery Legendary creature receives a significant power boost. To mark the occasion, Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for an unconventional reveal.
Fiery Negotiations Take Center Stage
Nine years since its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in a fresh Clash Royale trailer featuring Ismo Leikola as its eccentric Hollywood agent, demanding better opportunities for his scaly client.
The trailer shows the dragon abandoning its battlefield duties to chase fame and fortune in Tinseltown.
Witness the entertaining antics at Supercell's Clash Royale headquarters as the Inferno Dragon and its persistent agent negotiate for stardom.
The evolved Inferno Dragon features improved combat mechanics. Unlike the original version that reset its damage when switching targets, the upgraded form maintains escalating damage for maximum impact.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Season
Dubbed "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the new season introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution while bringing back the fan-favorite 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the ranks.
Milestone Events starting from Arena 7 offer rewards including:
- 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards
- Epic Book of Cards
- Exclusive Cosmetics
The season includes two Crown Chase events:
- Battle Banner with frame and decoration + Epic Book of Cards
- Additional Battle Banner + 3 Evolution Shards
From June through early July, special game modes will highlight the new Evolution cards:
- Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9)
- Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) - rewards include Battle Banner and Emote
- Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) - up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck
- Magical Trio (June 16-23)
- 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30)
- Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) - up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck
