Nintendo and LEGO have already joined forces to bring us some fantastic LEGO Nintendo sets. Just last year, we saw the remarkable moving Mario and Yoshi set, along with the first-ever LEGO Legend of Zelda set. These are fantastic additions, but there's a whole world of Nintendo franchises waiting to be transformed into LEGO masterpieces. Currently, the majority of the LEGO Nintendo sets focus on Mario (including Donkey Kong) and a good selection of Animal Crossing sets. However, fans of both LEGO and Nintendo, like myself, are eager for more diverse options. So, for those of us craving additional LEGO Nintendo sets, the question arises: Which Nintendo franchise should get the LEGO treatment next?
AnswerSee ResultsWhat Do You Think? With the recent announcement of the Switch 2, excitement for Nintendo's next generation is at an all-time high. It's highly probable that we'll continue to see new LEGO Nintendo sets as Nintendo expands its investment in movies, such as the new Mario movie and the upcoming live-action Zelda, along with new Switch games. Which franchises do you think might make their way into LEGO sets by 2025 or beyond? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
Personally, I believe the franchise that would make for the most exciting LEGO sets is Metroid. With Metroid Prime 4 on the horizon, it's the perfect time to introduce some truly innovative and captivating builds that I'd be thrilled to purchase. Additionally, I'd love to see actual LEGO Pokémon sets, as opposed to the existing MEGA sets. However, I understand that this might be unlikely due to the licensing agreement between Mattel and The Pokémon Company.
