Trader Found Hidden in Garbage Area for Stalker 2

Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

After leaving the Lesser Zone, your journey continues into the challenging Garbage area. Due to the distance from your starting base, encountering traders in this region will take time.

Initially, your quest markers won't directly guide you to the Slag Heap hub. Progressing the main storyline is necessary; specifically, completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest unlocks this location. This involves visiting the Detention Center and the Laboratory before interacting with Scar. Following this, the game will direct you to the Slag Heap, situated north of the laboratory. However, you can explore this area earlier if you choose.

The Slag Heap features two key traders. Boozer, located at the entrance (you can't miss him!), runs a bar selling food and drinks. He's also a convenient vendor for selling your collected items.

Another trader, Huron, is found to the left, through an open door on your right. Huron specializes in weapons and equipment. His room also serves as your stash, allowing you to store extra items. Speaking with him also initiates a side quest.

While not a trader, Diode, a technician located at the back of the left corridor, is crucial for progressing the main quest.

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is currently available on Xbox and PC.
