The Path to Becoming a Brain Surgeon

To achieve this prestigious career, you must complete Medical School and secure a Brain Surgeon position. Begin by creating a custom character with your preferred name, gender, and country. Premium pack users should select "Academic" as their special talent. Age your character until they reach primary or elementary school, then focus on maintaining excellent grades.

Grade Improvement Strategies

To boost your grades, navigate to "School," select your institute, and choose the "Study Harder" option. You can also enhance your Smarts stat by selecting the "Boost" option and watching a short video when available.

Repeat this process throughout secondary school, ensuring your Happiness stat remains high to avoid hindering your character's progress.

Higher Education and Medical School

After completing secondary school, apply to university from the pop-up screen. Choose either Psychology or Biology as your major. Continue to "Study Harder" each university year. Upon graduation, go to "Occupation," tap "Education," and apply for Medical School. Successfully completing Medical School paves the way to your Brain Surgeon career.
