Unlocking and Utilizing the Free Company Submarine in FFXIV: A Comprehensive Guide

Dive into the underwater world of Final Fantasy XIV with your Free Company's submarine! This guide details the process of acquiring and utilizing this exciting feature, introduced in the Stormblood expansion.

Obtaining the FC Submarine:

Free Company Membership: Ensure your character belongs to a Free Company (FC). A rank 6 FC is recommended to access necessary vendors for Ceruleum Tanks. Reach this rank by engaging in various in-game activities with your FC members, such as dungeon clearing, leveling, crafting, and gathering.
Submersible Crafting: Access your FC's workshop, interact with the schematic board, and obtain the submersible recipe. Gather the required materials and craft the submarine using your FC's crafting log.
Dive Credits Acquisition: Purchase Dive Credits from Resident Caretaker NPCs located in the following housing districts (requires FC Rank 6):
- Empyreum: X:10, Y:12
- Lavender Beds: X:12, Y:8
- The Mist: X:11, Y:11
- Shirogane: X:10, Y:14
- The Goblet: X:11, Y:10
Each Dive Credit costs 10,000 Company Credits.
Submersible Registration: Once you have Dive Credits, register your newly crafted submersible at the voyage control panel within your FC's workshop.
