To ensure the best experience, your device must have a speaker, and a larger screen size is recommended. The app announces the different stages of the game and prompts actions by waking up the players at the right moments. In larger groups, the first eliminated player can take on the role of an assistant master, using the device to indicate which players are targeted. This system completely eliminates the chance of errors from the lead, while background music and additional sound effects enhance the game's familiar appeal. The app supports two modes for dealing cards:
The First Mode:
In this mode, the device distributes the cards, and players receive their roles by passing the device around.
The Second Mode:
Players use traditional playing cards or special Mafia cards. During the game, as players exit, the device prompts the first player to specify the roles of all active players.
Voting can be conducted in two distinct modes:
The First Mode:
If the vote is conducted through the system against a player, each player is put up for a vote in turn, accumulating votes from other players before the next player is voted on. Each player votes once, and the first player to be voted on is chosen randomly.
The Second Mode:
In the traditional voting system, players vote in sequence for any player. Each player votes once, and the first vote is randomly selected.
The app offers three game modes to cater to different preferences:
Open Mode:
In this mode, the roles of eliminated players are revealed.
Closed Mode:
The roles of eliminated players are not disclosed. At night, the master continues to announce that the eliminated role is waking up, but the actions of the retired player are simulated by the lead at arbitrary intervals.
Semi-Closed Mode:
The roles of players eliminated by voting are disclosed. However, the roles of those killed at night are not revealed, and the lead continues to simulate their activity at night.
