2025 Apple iPad Hits Record Low Price on Amazon

Author : Amelia May 20,2025

Starting today, Amazon has slashed the price of the latest 2025 11th gen Apple iPad (A16) tablet. The Blue and Yellow base models, featuring 128GB of storage and Wi-Fi connectivity, are now available for just $319.99 after a $30 price reduction. This is the most significant discount we've seen for this new generation iPad since its launch earlier this year, making it an excellent choice for a Mother's Day gift on May 11. Given that only a few colors are available at this reduced price, this sale is expected to be short-lived, likely lasting just a few days.

For most users, the standard iPad (not the Air, Mini, or Pro) strikes the perfect balance, offering the full iOS experience and robust performance at a budget-friendly price. Launched on March 12, 2025, the current model comes more than two years after its predecessor (October 2022). Key upgrades include a more powerful A16 processor compared to the A14, an increase in RAM from 4GB to 6GB, and doubled base storage from 64GB to 128GB. Remarkably, the launch price of $349 is actually lower than the $399 price tag of the previous generation at its release.

The features that have remained consistent include the 10.9" Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 2360x1640 (264ppi), USB Type-C charging, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and the same camera setup. The iPad is also compatible with the Magic Folio keyboard, transforming it into a mini laptop for enhanced productivity, making it one of the top choices for students. It also supports the latest Apple Pencil with USB-C.
