Author : Caleb Apr 14,2025

Following the epic Dark Phoenix saga, Kabam has rolled out an exciting new update for Marvel Contest of Champions, introducing two fresh faces to the fray: Spider-Woman and the inaugural Eidol Champion of 2025, Lumatrix. This update not only brings new characters but also introduces new quests, special events, and the latest chapter of Act 9.2, offering players a chance to earn valuable rewards.

Spider-Woman will make her thrilling entrance into The Contest on April 17th, leveraging her spider-enhanced abilities and espionage skills. Lumatrix, on the other hand, dazzles the scene on April 9th. This deadly assassin, crafted by The Founders, uses light manipulation to cloak their lethal intentions. To add Lumatrix to your roster, you'll need to gather Light Essence from Battlegrounds, Saga Incursions, and Raids, with the event lasting until June 4th.

This espionage-filled adventure, packed with danger and deceit, runs from March 9th to May 7th, and is your chance to unravel the sinister secrets behind Lumatrix's dazzling light show.

Deadpool isn't missing out on the fun, joining the fray with the Red & Dead’s Discount Shed event, running from April 25th to May 2nd. Thanks to Red Guardian's persuasion, Deadpool will be sharing a treasure trove of special rewards, including event currency, crystals, and bonuses. Following closely, the Heart of Fire Sale from May 7th to 14th offers a golden opportunity to snag valuable Champions and rewards via Heart of Fire crystals.

Later this month, the Thunderbolts Daily Super Event will shake things up with its seven-day supply drop, available from April 18th through May 2nd. By hitting milestones, you can earn Poolshields, which can be exchanged for rewards during Red & Dead’s Discount Shed. Make sure to log in daily from April 25th to May 23rd to enjoy additional free rewards through the daily supply drops.
