War Robots collaborates with Kunio Okawara, renowned robot designer

In the world of mecha, Japan's influence is unparalleled, having pioneered the genre with its distinct real robot and super robot categories. Now, My.Games' War Robots is set to collaborate with the legendary designer Kunio Okawara, renowned for his work on the iconic Gundam series. Okawara, who helped create the Gundam alongside writer Yoshiyuki Tomino, brings his expertise to War Robots with an exclusive in-game design.

Players will soon have the chance to pilot Okawara's latest creation, the SWORD Unit 190, designed by the in-game DSC Corporation. This new unit comes complete with optional drones and plasma guns, all designed by Okawara himself. The SWORD Unit 190 will make its debut during the MECHA Raider S.W.O.R.D event, scheduled from May 20th to June 1st. This event promises to immerse players in a true homage to the real robot genre.
