Marvel Rivals Season 1: Free Skins and New Characters!

NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals kicks off Season 1: Eternal Night Falls with a generous gift: free Peni Parker and Scarlet Witch skins! This surprise addition to the battle pass is a welcome treat for players. The season, running from January 10th to April 11th, 2025, sees Dracula unleashing chaos upon New York City, prompting the Fantastic Four to step up.

The Fantastic Four's arrival is a major highlight. Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman are immediately available, while Human Torch and The Thing join the fight in a mid-season update. Leaks suggest Human Torch will be a Duelist and The Thing a Vanguard, adding exciting new gameplay dynamics.

Players can acquire the free Peni Parker (Blue Tarantula skin) and Scarlet Witch (Emporium Matron skin) cosmetics by completing in-game quests and earning Chrono Tokens, without needing the premium battle pass (990 Lattice, approximately $10). Peni's skin boasts a striking sky blue and white design, while Scarlet Witch's crimson and purple attire features a unique cosmic animation. Note that while a Scarlet Witch emote is free, the MVP animation requires the premium pass. A separate Midnight Features event offers a free Thor skin through quest completion.

Beyond the free rewards, the in-game shop offers stylish new skins for Invisible Woman (Malice) and Mister Fantastic (The Maker), both with villainous redesigns. Invisible Woman's skin is a striking black and red, while Mister Fantastic's is a sleek dark gray and blue.

With free skins, new characters, and additional cosmetic options, Marvel Rivals Season 1 is shaping up to be a thrilling experience.
