The competition is open to Japanese university, graduate school, and vocational school students aged 18 and older. The application window opens December 9, 2024, and closes January 17, 2025.

Leveraging the Power of RE ENGINE

The competition utilizes Capcom's RE ENGINE (Reach for the Moon Engine), initially developed for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard in 2017. This powerful engine has since powered numerous successful Capcom titles, including recent Resident Evil installments, Dragon's Dogma 2, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, and the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds.
